Viti Creations delivers products across India. We strive to reach almost all serviceable pin codes. In rare cases where delivery is not possible, our team will contact you for further assistance.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on most products across India.
  • Any applicable shipping charges (if required for special products, bulk orders, or remote locations) will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Dispatch time depends on the type of product, customization, and quantity ordered.

Standard Products

  • Photo frames, wall decals, non-handmade paintings, and similar items are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Handmade & Wooden Products

  • Handmade paintings, resin art, wooden shelves, wall hangings, clocks, and customized décor items are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Bulk & Customized Orders

  • Bulk or customized orders may require additional processing time.
  • Estimated dispatch timelines for such orders will be shared with customers after order confirmation.

4. Courier Partners

We work with reputed and reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, and other trusted logistics providers.

For remote or non-serviceable locations, India Post / Speed Post may be used.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines generally range between 2–10 working days, depending on:

  • Product size and weight

Smaller products delivered to metro cities may arrive earlier, sometimes within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
