Viti Creations does not run any prize, lottery, or reward schemes that require customers to make payments. We do not ask for sensitive information such as bank details, OTPs, debit/credit card numbers, or CVV via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or emails.
If you receive any communication claiming to be from Viti Creations and asking for money or confidential information, please do not respond. Viti Creations will not be responsible for any loss caused by such fraudulent activities. Customers are advised to stay alert and report such incidents to us immediately.

1. Returns Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 7** days** from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required
Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Sale or discounted items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Health, personal care, or hygiene-related items
2A. Free Item Policy
Any free or complimentary items offered with a product are subject to availability and may vary from order to order. Viti Creations reserves the right to change, replace, or withdraw free items without prior notice.
Only one promotional offer can be applied per order. Free item offers cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly delivered.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any claim related to damage, missing items, breakage, leakage, or incorrect products, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:
- Start from the sealed package
- Clearly show the shipping label
- Show the full unboxing process without cuts
- Clearly highlight the issue
Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing clear photos/videos to handytrendy8@gmail.com.
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original method of payment
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your payment provider or credit card company
- Contact your bank for processing timelines

6. Exchanges
We replace items only in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. Exchanges for size, color, or preference are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
7. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns
- Viti Creations is not responsible for lost return shipments
Return Address will be shared via email after return approval.
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit once the return is approved. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
